  are_there_any_other_research_oriented_clubs_you_participate_in_: "Throughout the spring semester of 2023, I had the opportunity to work as a research intern at the College of Education, where I focused on science education research. My main research task was to analyze the teaching practices of science educators. To do this, I used a  program called NIVIVO to code and organize data on the educators' classroom lectures and activities. By doing this I was able to gain insight and identify what teaching methods were engaging students more and will hopefully be able to contribute to the improvement of science education."
