| What is your current research focus? | My current research focus is the relationship between speech and language and early literacy skills in pre-elementary aged children. |
| Are there any other research related activities you participate(d) in? | I participated in UROP on a project investigating how practice based training impacts the implementation of print referencing in paraeducators working with preschoolers with speech and language delays. Additionally, I am a research assistant at the Florida Center for Reading Research where I have been working on a project investigating effectiveness of a professional development plan on strengthening literacy and print skills in pre-elementary aged students in South Carolina. |

Because of UROP, I have been afforded amazing opportunities at Florida State. |
