  mentoring_philosophy: 'Last year I had four UROP students. On the one hand, I expected them to work cooperatively with other UROP students in general lab support projects (subject recruitment, assistance in lab presentations, etc.). On the other hand, I expected them to work with me to understand the methodology of experimental economics and to develop a project of their own based upon extensive literature reviews plus critical thinking and mentoring with me. IN addition, we are anticipating this year that we may have a bi-monthly colloquim for all of the lab UROP students. '

Depending upon the total number of successful applicants and their individual strengths, they will assist the wider experimental social sciences laboratory by among the following: recruitment of subjects, helping in the logistics of an important June 2027 conference on social dilemmas, or helping to update lab-adjacent web pages.'
