Required: Good organization, Time management, People and Communication Skills.
My mentoring philosophy is centered on facilitating a supportive, respectful, and above all, highly communicative and transparent environment where mentees feel comfortable. I view mentoring as a collaborative process in which we adapt to each individual’s unique goals, strengths, and motivations in order to bring out the best in both our projects and in the mentees themselves.

I begin by working with mentees to identify their aspirations and assess their current skills and understanding. From there, I focus on building upon their existing talents while also encouraging them to explore areas that challenge them.
