  overall_research_project_description: 'This project explores how individual, interpersonal, community and societal-level factors influence HIV-related partner communication among young women in South Africa, focusing on different partnership types (e.g., age-disparate, transactional, casual, and committed). It examines whether age, education, and parental status moderate these relationships. Additionally, the study investigates how participation in a cash transfer intervention impacts these relationships over time. The findings will inform the development of targeted HIV prevention interventions by addressing sexual health communication strategies within diverse relationships.'
