Overall Research Project Description:
My dissertation project is focused on the role of instruction type in the L2 processing of Spanish subjunctive structure. I have developed an online processing test that check if L2 Spanish learners - English speakers are sensitive to subjunctive structure in Spanish. My goal is not just to reach form of the structure of the verb, but also I am testing in L2 learners are able to carry meaning. 

Research Tasks:
During this part of my dissertation I will be collecting some data in the linguistics lab, so i will need some help with those processes. But mostly of the time we will be cleaning, and analyzing data using either R or SPSS. 

Skills that research assistant(s) may need::
You do not need any experience with analyzing data, or conducting the experiment. I will be helping you, and being with you during this process. My only requirement is that you want to work, learn new things, and you are responsible. 

Mentoring Philosophy:
I am someone who is flexible, I like to work and also enjoy that process. I want to help other people, and I will be a mentor who wants to teach you how to do some processing when analyzing data, cleaning data and even how to interpretate results. working time can be flexible, we will have goals for every 15 days to achieve, that can guarantee we are moving forward. Also I want to support your interest, and reasons you are helping me, so I want to make sure your goals are also achieved. I am a kind person, and I always stand for humanity before work.
