I am currently writing a thesis investigating the cultural shifts and adaptations made in Germany while accommodating and housing Syrian refugees.

I hope to instill an interest and passion in research. I think that curiosity is a characteristic that is vital to maintain, and I think that research is a great way for college students to do just that. I hope to help my students discover passions and goals that they will carry for the rest of their lives.
