| What is your current research focus? | My current research focuses on women’s health, especially maternal and infant health, looking at things like breastfeeding and postpartum mental health, working with Dr. Bahorski through the College of Nursing. |

| Please answer the question you selected above in the area provided. | I hope to impact my students by being someone I wish I had when I first started research. I remember feeling unsure and not always knowing what I was doing, so I want to create a space where they feel comfortable asking questions and not afraid to be wrong. I want to help them see that research is something they can actually be good at, even if it feels confusing at first. I also want to help them connect research to their own goals, especially if they are interested in healthcare, so it feels more real and meaningful. |
