What is your current research focus?:
My current research focuses on women’s health, especially maternal and infant health, looking at things like breastfeeding and postpartum mental health, working with Dr. Bahorski through the College of Nursing.

Are there any other research related activities you participate(d) in?:
I have presented my research at conferences like FURC and the FSU Undergraduate Research Symposium, and I am involved in ongoing research through the College of Nursing.

Please answer the question you selected above in the area provided.:
I hope to impact my students by being someone I wish I had when I first started research. I remember feeling unsure and not always knowing what I was doing, so I want to create a space where they feel comfortable asking questions and not afraid to be wrong. I want to help them see that research is something they can actually be good at, even if it feels confusing at first. I also want to help them connect research to their own goals, especially if they are interested in healthcare, so it feels more real and meaningful.

Please list any other hobbies or interests you would like to share:
I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and traveling.
