What is your current research focus?:
I currently work in the ThermaNOLE Comfort Lab with Dr. McQuerry. My research focuses on textile testing and ergonomics with the aid of a thermal manikin, Andi. In my lab we work with various companies (including the military and leading firefighter turnout gear companies) in order to test their garments and provide data on the human body response in different environmental conditions in regards to heat flux.

Through completing UROP, my goal is that my students will learn lifelong skills and make lifelong connections that will benefit their future careers. I hope to introduce students to the many research opportunities at FSU, and all that research has to offer. Additionally, I hope to create a safe space where students feel like they can grow academically and enhance their time at FSU. 

Please list any other hobbies or interests you would like to share:
I love going to the gym, beach and on hikes. I am big animal lover and hope to be a vet in the future.
