  overall_research_project_description: 'Seniors across Florida have very diverse legal needs. Research assistants for this project will help organize and initiate a survey targeted at low-income seniors in Florida to collect data on what area of law they need the most assistance with (ex: probate, wills, trusts, health care, family law, bankruptcy, personal injury, etc.). The goal of this project is to understand whether the legal needs of low-income seniors are being met and potential paths to improved services. The Claude Pepper Elder Law Clinic at FSU College of Law provides legal services to low-income seniors so this data collection will assist the clinic in targeting unmet needs.'
