Overall Research Project Description Peer leaders in the FSU Next program take HUM 4924 Engage 100 Peer Instruction. We are looking to find the best ways to develop and train future leaders for the IDS 1002 Gateway to Garnet and Gold. This course is required as a part of FSU Next. https://admissions.fsu.edu/first-year/FSUNext

Research Tasks May include tasks such as: Analyzing leader feedback, participating in interviews for future leaders, helping develop curriculum for HUM 4924 Engage 100 Peer Instruction

Skills that research assistant(s) may need: Data analysis (qual and quan), communication (written and verbal), qualtrics for surveys, Canvas
