Overall Research Project Description:
This study will look at transfer students who opted out of a first semester seminar course designed to support them in their transition to FSU. The goal of this study is to modify marketing tactics, curriculum, and overall program delivery to appeal to more transfer students.

Mentoring Philosophy:
I am really big on giving constructive and supportive feedback to empower a student's skill development. Learning by doing is the most formative experience a student can get, and I believe in providing a stimulating learning environment where the student is a stakeholder in the research and their voices and input are heard. Students should be comfortable making mistakes and sharing those mistakes so that we can both learn from them.
