This is an applied research project that began as a class project with FSU Law Professor Craig Van Scoy.

The body of my beloved son, Zackary Jacob Stripling, was found on 12-1-2024. The room was a blood bath. One of Zackary's eyes was gouged with a skewer and bleeding which was stated by the first wave of officers at the scene. Zackary had been tortured and murdered. However, due to a number of mistakes in policing the killer was allowed to go free.

I was finishing my first semester at FSU College of Law - Juris Master Program. My academic courses included artificial intelligence. Much to my dismay, the collapse of the investigation continued. Thus, I collected and analyzed the 911 call, all bodycam footage, the external autopsy photographs, Instagram, texts, telephone, email, and records related to banking, investments, taxes, and medical, and determined the identity of the killer to a prosecutorial standard. This is still in progress.

In addition, I wrote to my former AI professor at Google regarding a potential AI program sufficient to analyze a trove of crime data including crime scene data. This fall, the FSU - College of Law - JM Program was provided by Google a free Beta AI Program that is the first of its kind in the nation and may be the most advanced AI program in the world. It is a "No Code AI Lab." I used it for the first time today, and I felt like Christopher Columbus seeing the Americas for the first time. This is going to change the world.

On the same weekend that Zackary's body was found, another young man was found. This young man was found “in pieces.” The officers laughed as they told the story and stated that they lost a few of the parts. This incident is when a civilized society steps up to enhance law enforcement so that the public views it as an entity that protects and serves. One consideration is adding an AI-enabled accountability feature such as “Zackary AI Policing” directly to existing bodycam equipment which is analyzed in real-time.

Zackary AI Policing went live today, August 26, 2025, please help me make refinements so that it can become widely available to law enforcement, as well as a home version.

Research tasks include identification of distinguishing actions or features visible in bodycam footage which will be correlated with actions or features found in specific psychiatric disorders as detailed in the DSM-5. This knowledge base should culminate into a clearly defined overarching theory of social deviance that is of prosecutorial quality.
This means that reels of bodycam footage will be examined and re-examined not only for specific human actions and features, but for unique background features, too.
