I like to work with students by identifying their goals and cultivating a research experience that is mutually beneficial to for both the mentor and the mentee. I like the meet with students weekly or biweekly to ensure their success, check in on goals, accountability, and general mentoring. My mentorship style involves creating an interactive environment for learning, where students can engage in experiential learning.
