Mentoring Philosophy In my social psychology research lab, we study the development, maintenance, and deterioration of romantic relationships. We like to give undergraduate students as much hands-on research experience in this domain as possible. In doing so, we strive to create a comfortable, interactive environment that promotes learning and diversity.
