Mentoring Philosophy My research team allows students to explore their ideas through guided and structured activities. Mentees take ownership of their work and I promote accountability and creativity. I believe in solving real-world problems through a rigorous and methodical design process that promotes hands-on learning. I believe respectful communication is key and help foster communication that is clear and direct through both verbal and written modes, aiming for clear objectives which are articulated in a way that they entire group can understand what is expected.
