  what_is_your_current_research_focus_: "My research focus is, broadly, the effects of trauma on a person's mental health and cognitive functioning. My individual UROP project explored the comorbidity of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder and how it may be explained by a cognitive theory using Maladaptive Beliefs as a mediating role. "
