I currently do research focusing on creating a new way to test spatial navigation and seeing if certain areas of the brain affect spatial navigation.

Being a part of UROP has allowed me to fall in love with research. Coming into FSU, I was intimidated by research and felt like I needed to already know everything to be involved. However, through the support of my UROP mentors and leaders, I’ve gained confidence in my abilities and learned that growth is part of the process. UROP has allowed me to contribute to meaningful research that may one day be published, which is something I never imagined myself doing.
