What is your current research focus?:
When I was a part of the UROP program as a research assistant, I spent my time focusing on a review of the use of force policies throughout Florida. In the past, I have conducted research on women's healthcare and how it can be improved as well. Though quite different, these research experiences have been extremely meaningful and have taught me a range of information that has helped me to discover my interests, as well as serve back to my community in a small way!

UROP was one of the most meaningful programs I have decided to participate in throughout my time here at FSU. I love being part of a community that promotes a shared interest in research, as it has not only motivated me but has also helped me grow my research skills for future involvement. I am looking forward to building a deeper connection within the program and contributing back to a program that has given me and others so many opportunities. 

Please list any other hobbies or interests you would like to share:
Outside of academics, my interests include journalism, hiking, reading, music, and hanging out with friends and family. I love all things concert-related and exploring new places with those closest to me. Feel free to reach out and talk to me about all passions, FSU-related or not, as I enjoy learning about different interests and niches!
