My research focused on creating a methodology to assess the quality and condition of a wetland through plant and amphibian community surveys, then field testing the methods to understand what results they yield.

How do you hope to impact your students as a UROP Leader?
As a UROP Leader, I hope to have a positive impact on my students. I want to create a safe and comfortable learning environment for my students, foster their love of research, and help them develop the skills needed to be successful researchers. UROP was an incredibly positive experience for me, and I hope my students will feel the same way.
Outside of UROP, I am the President of the Yoga Club, and I play cello in the University Sinfonia Orchestra. I also love to read, drink tea, and go to concerts.
