During my time in UROP, I conducted research alongside Dr. Keller Sheppard within the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Our research, which I am still working on now is a systematic review on the strengths, limitations, and the future of national data sources for research surrounding assaults on the police.

How has UROP impacted your time at FSU?
UROP has allowed me to feel a lot more involved on campus and all that it has to offer. Between the colloquium, assistantship, and symposium, there are so many opportunities to meet people who share my love of research. UROP helped me make numerous connections, led to an internship opportunity, and provided me with valuable experience. Even after UROP ended, I continued working on my research project and built a great relationship with my mentor and professor. I am so grateful for everything that UROP had to offer.
I am a part of the Lambda Alpha Epsilon Criminology Fraternity, I play the violin, I love sports like football and volleyball, and I am a barista at Calvin's Coffee House here on campus!!
