Mentoring Philosophy

As a mentor, my responsibility is to understand each mentee with respect, empathy, and sympathy, while challenging them to gain confidence in their abilities. I strive to identify what can motivate them to push through their own limits and allow them to feel that they can succeed in a safe environment. I encourage their development through academic readings and other tasks of higher level to really challenge them.
