Mentoring Philosophy
My mentoring philosophy is centered on facilitating a supportive, respectful, and above all, highly communicative and transparent environment where mentees feel comfortable. I view mentoring as a collaborative process in which we adapt to each individual’s unique goals, strengths, and motivations in order to bring out the best in both our projects and in the mentees themselves.I begin by working with mentees to identify their aspirations and assess their current skills and understanding. From there, I focus on building upon their existing talents while also encouraging them to explore areas that challenge them.
