My UROP experience has greatly shaped the direction I want to go as an undergraduate student. UROP has shown me that I am passionate about conducting research in my field, and it has given me the opportunities to continue do so throughout my academic career. I've made important connections through my research site and the Center for Undergraduate Research and Engagement through UROP, and I'm excited to relate my experience to students as a UROP Leader.
