What is your current research focus?:
My current research focus is transcribing envoy documents and applying a new interpretation to history involving moral panics and folk devils.

I am currently applying to Honors in Major and doing independent research.

UROP allowed me to connect with faculty from the history department, building strong connections with many. It also led to my being co-authored on a publication, which has allowed me to be more confident in my classes. 

The skills from critical thinking and time management have been crucial to my success at FSU. 

Please list any other hobbies or interests you would like to share:
I like to reading, hiking, writing, and playing video games. 

My favorite series is A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin.
