  selected_response: 'Coming into FSU, I knew that my goal was to go into the medical field, where I would like to conduct drug trials. In order to gain that experience before going to medical school, I needed to participate in undergraduate research. My freshman year, I had a hard time getting in touch with professors, but UROP provided me with that opportunity my sophomore year. Now, I get to work on research that is personal to me, and continue in my lab that I started with in UROP.'

We focus on the neuromuscular junctions and the allignment of the receptors with their motor nuerons through immunofluorescence staining."
