My current research focuses on the psychology behind romantic relationships in young adults. Currently, I am working on a project lead by Dr. Mickey Langlais regarding situationships. We focus on how young men maintain these relationships as well as why they are motivated to pursue less traditional relationship styles. Moreover, I am also interested in any and social and child psychology research.

How do you hope to impact your students as a UROP Leader?
As a UROP Leader, I strive to create an exciting and supportive learning environment that allows students to grow and be successful researchers. I hope to help connect students to a research project that they are passionate about and can gain the most value from. I also wish to facilitate meaningful in-class discussions as well as provide resources to help students thrive. I hope to encourage my students to ask questions, be open-minded, and by unafraid to try new things!
Some of my hobbies include traveling, baking, going to the beach, and taking pilates classes!
