What is your current research focus?:
I’m currently working on a research project that explores COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy among patients with Alzheimer’s Disease and chronic conditions. We’re analyzing how different stages of Alzheimer’s affect vaccine acceptance using data from the All of Us Research Program. Our goal is to better understand the relationship between cognitive decline and health decision-making during the pandemic.

As a UROP leader, I hope to inspire my students by creating a supportive environment where they feel confident exploring research, asking questions, and growing as researchers. My goal is to help them see that research isn't just about data; it's about curiosity, impact, and finding your voice in your field. Ultimately, I hope they leave the program with a deeper passion for learning and the belief that they belong in research spaces.
