  what_is_your_current_research_focus_: "My current research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of Florida's Risk Protection Orders (RPOs), which are legal tools designed to temporarily remove firearms from individuals deemed to pose a significant risk to themselves or others. I'm particularly interested in assessing how these orders are implemented across jurisdictions and their impact on public safety outcomes, such as reductions in firearm-related suicides or violent incidents."
