The President's Showcase of Undergraduate Research Excellence is the culmination of the Summer Research Award experience. These awards are a reflection of the University's and donor's commitment to developing students as scholars and innovators and are a testament to the stimulating education undergraduates receive at Florida State. Research Day offers an opportunity for Garnet and Gold Scholar Society students, graduating seniors, and Honors in the Major students to give an oral presentation on their research in a smaller, more personalized setting. The Global Scholars Showcase is the culmination of the Global Scholars Program experience. The Global Scholars are a group of students who connect global issues to the local community through an 8-week internship in the Global South.
