The AC Hotel Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol is the host hotel for the 2026 ACC Meeting of the Minds Undergraduate Research Conference weekend.

Hotel check-in will be available from 4 pm. Student researchers will have a roommate, but will each have their own bed. Faculty/staff representatives will have their own rooms.
If rooms are not available when you arrive, you may leave your luggage with our team of FSU Staff and Volunteers in the Cascades Ballroom while you enjoy the pre-conference activities we have planned!
A hot breakfast buffet is included, and will be provided both Saturday and Sunday mornings with a boxed breakfast option for those leaving before the breakfast buffet is operational.
