The AC Hotel Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol is the host hotel for the 2026 ACC Meeting of the Minds Undergraduate Research Conference weekend.

Hotel check-in will be available from 4 pm, and that is where you'll get your room assignment. Students will have a roommate, but will each have their own bed. Faculty/staff representatives will have their own rooms.
If rooms are not available when you arrive, you may leave your luggage with the front desk and formally check in after the evening’s activities.
A hot breakfast buffet is included, and will be provided both Saturday and Sunday mornings.
