Project Description
This project will explore how SysML v2, model-based engineering, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud computing can be combined to create an integrated digital engineering environment. The research will examine how engineering models, data, documents, and software tools can be connected to improve collaboration, traceability, analysis, and decision-making throughout the system lifecycle.Research Tasks: Conduct literature and technology reviews.
Evaluate digital engineering tools.
Document workflows and use cases.
Organize engineering data.
Develop small demonstrations or prototypes.
Present findings to the research team.
Skills that research assistant(s) may need: Required: Willingness to learn, clear communication, organization, and basic computer skills.
Recommended: Familiarity with systems engineering, programming, data analysis, cloud platforms, AI tools, or modeling languages such as SysML or UML.
Prior experience with SysML v2 is not required.
