Florida Undergraduate Research Posters at the Capitol

We are excited to announce that the fourth Florida Undergraduate Research Posters at the Capitol will be held at the Florida State Capitol in downtown Tallahassee on January 26–27, 2026!

This signature event brings together outstanding undergraduate researchers from across Florida’s public and private universities to showcase their work to state legislators and advocate for the importance of undergraduate research. It’s a unique opportunity for students to highlight their projects, gain insight into the policymaking process, and develop valuable advocacy skills.

Applications will open September 2025 to FSU students from all majors and disciplines. Priority will be given to those completing Honors in the Major or other culminating independent research projects. Selected students will represent FSU at the Capitol and must attend a dinner and advocacy training session on Monday, January 26, 2026, followed by a full day at the Capitol from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Apply by October 28 to be considered. Questions? Contact us at cre@fsu.edu.
